- PPA Board created Financial Officer position in 2025.
The PPA Finance & Administrative Committee is responsible for Budget, Accounting and Funding. PPA's small annual budget affords it limited paid staff hours (4-7 hours per week). In addition it creates PPA’s MN Charitable Annual Report and files the required IRS Form990 non-profit tax returns.
